Description

Test results of the Cherenkov ring spectrometer prototype for the NEPTUN experimental program are presented. The spectrometer consists of FEhU-85 and FEhU-68 matrices. Nitrogen is used as a gas radiator. The spectrometer is designed for identification of π- and K-mesons up to 100 GeV/c. 3 figs.; 2 tabs
