Mass modification of rho meson at SIS 300 energy

  • 1. Department of Physics, University of North Bengal, Silguri (India)
  • 2. Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre, Kolkata (India)

Description

The compressed baryonic matter experiment at the facility for anti-proton and ion research (FAIR) is being designed to investigate the baryonic matter under extreme thermodynamic conditions. The CBM experiment offers a possibility to discover the most prominent landmarks of the QCD phase digram expected to exist at high net baryon densities - the first order deconfinement phase transition and the critical end point. The present work is done within the CBM simulation framework which allows full event reconstruction
