Effect of γ-irradiation conditions on the structure instability of CsNO3 crystals
Description
Effect of jamma-irradiation conditions on the dose dependence of transformation of CsNO3 crystal structure, grown at T=50 deg C from the solution for seed in presence of catalyst was studied. It is shown that radiation annealing may both favour structure rearrangement and suppress it. Concentration of radiation-induces point defects may be a parameter of structure instability of CsNO3 irradiated crystals
