The structure of nitride powders of the compound Sm2Fe17 obtained by gas baric method

Description
Structural study of solid solutions produced by Sm2Fe17 nitridation under pressure is carried out. It is shown that the structure of the nitride includes two solid solutions with different nitrogen concentration: Sm2Fe17Nx and Sm2Fe17N3-δ. The internal part of a powder particle is occupied by the first composition and the external part - by the second one. The process of nitridation proceeds under pressure of 40-60 MPa and at temperatures of 400-460 deg C

Проведено структурное исследование твердых растворов, полученных азотированием соединения Sm2Fe17 под давлением. Показано, что структура нитрида состоит из двух твердых растворов с различной концентрацией азота: Sm2Fe17Nx и Sm2Fe17N3-δ. Внутренняя часть частицы порошка представляет собой твердый раствор первого состава, а внешний слой - твердый раствор второго состава.
