Evaluation of the methanogenous potential of various rations and of the digestate effects (dry and liquid fractions) on some biological functioning indicators of the soil in relation with fertility
Description
Methane producing potential assessing of 16 rations (manure/liquid manure) comes from 16 farms shows that, many of them have a good quality to product enough biogas (under ideal conditions) to limit their energy dependencies. Application (according to the recommendations) of ration, raw digestate or undergoing phase separation (solid and liquid fraction) had no effects on micro-organisms (biomass C, N bacterial and fungal molecular biomass) and indicators of soil fertility (carbon mineralization and enzyme activities). Several factors can explain these results. Ration and digestate characterization show a organic matter proportion, carbon/nitrogen ratio and nitrogen contents lower than the typical values of such values matrix. Soil's characterization indicate high pH (8,2) and active limestone important proportions. Finally soil conditions during its removal and storage time a bit longer could have biased the results. Les mesures de potentiel methanogene sur 16 rations de meme type provenant d'autant d'exploitations montre que beaucoup d'exploitations (15 sur les 16 testes) ont la qualite d'effluent necessaire pour produire une quantite de biogaz (en conditions ideales) limitant leurs dependances energetiques. L'application selon les preconisations de ration de methaniseur, de digestats brut ou ayant subi une separation de phase (fraction solide et liquide) n'ont eu aucun effet sur les micro-organismes (biomasses C, N biomasses moleculaires bacteriennes et fongiques) ou sur les indicateurs de la fertilite du sol (mineralisation du carbone et activites enzymatiques). Plusieurs elements peuvent expliquer ces resultats. Les analyses de caracterisation de la ration et du digestat montrent une proportion de matieres organiques, un rapport C/N et des teneurs en azote NH4+ plus faibles que les valeurs habituelles de ce genre de matrice. Les analyses de caracterisation du sol quant a elle montrent un sol avec un pH de 8.2 et des proportions de calcaire actif importantes. Enfin l'etat du sol lors de son prelevement et un temps de stockage un peu long ont pu biaiser les resultats obtenus. (auteur)
