Magnetic friction dissipation under action of weak alternating field at superconductors levitation
Description
It is detected that under variable magnetic field superposition on YBa2Cu3O7-x sample levitating over a permanent magnet the effect of magnetic friction, typical of levitation of superconductors with pinning, disappears. Transition from levitation regime with continuous range of suspension points to the regime with unique levitation point takes place. In this regime a reduction of sample reliazation time to the equilibrium point with the growth of the external field frequency is observed
