Application of bootstrap method for assessment of linear regression models
Description
The principle of the bootstrap methodology applied for the assessment of parameters and prediction ability of the linear regression models was presented. Application of this method was shown on the example of calibration of the radioisotope sulphuric acid concentration gauge. The bootstrap method allows to determine not only the numerical values of the regression coefficients, but also enables to investigate their distributions. (author)
