Nonlinear transport for beam phase space of the high current injector

Description
For the component in the lower energy section of the high current injector of RF linac for free electron laser, the nonlinear transport of two-dimensional beam phase space in the radial direction is studied. The boundary equation of two dimensional beam phase space at any time t is obtained, and the phase figures with filamentation are given by numerical calculation. The growth of emittance due to filamentation of beam phase space is discussed in detail
