Application of irradiation to extend the shelf-life of shrimps
Description
The effect of Co-60 gamma irradiation on vacuum packed stored refrigerated shrimps (Penaeus paulensis) was investigated. It was found that the irradiation doses used extend the shelf-life of refrigerated vacuum packed shrimps
