Sizewell B power-station: project control planning

A summary is presented of the plan for completing the Sizewell B pressurized water reactor and the programme methods and tools used to analyse, display and disseminate the plan. The key features of the plan are described for each element of the project from licensing through to commissioning. The planning/programming is the only one of the project controls described; the progress monitoring, reporting and cost control methods are similar to those used on current Central Electricity Generating Board projects.
