Algorithm for solving the problems on transition radiation in layered media with arbitrary parameters
Description
Transition radiation of relativistic electron in layered media are studied including random stacks with arbitrary parameters. Physical foundation is given of a new approach to the problem providing numerical solution valid within the frame of classical electrodynamics and respective algorithm is given. Special problems are considered correct solution of which become possible with using this algorithm
