2-Acety 1-7-(2-hydroxy-3-isopropylaminopropoxy) benzof uran hydrochlorides' (I) is one of the effective Q-adrenergic blocking agents.Studies on the metabolism of (I) in animals required the preparation of a radioactive form of (I).We report the synthesis of 14C-labelled (I) in this paper.
