Description of the π-meson form factor and of the γ → πω transition form factor

Description
The properties of hadron amplitudes with I=1, Jsup(p)=1sup(-) are determined on the basis of the data on e+e--annihilation in 2π and 4π and on the data on ππ-phase analysis. The data on σsub(esup(+)esup(-)→2π) and σsub(esup(+)esup(-)→πsup(0)ω) at √s approximately 0.9-1.4 GeV are interpreted. It is shown that the usual P-dominancy is insufficient for elucidating the data and it is proposed to introduce P'(1200) as a resonance in the πω system. Its mass, width and the coupling constant are determined in the framework of the model proposed. The effect of the pepsilon-channel is estimated
