Description
The probehead (microMAS) is developed for high resolution solid-state NMR observation of mass-limited samples. The probehead gives extremely high sensitivity of the spectra, and largely improves the limit of detection for solid-state NMR. As the results, the NMR spectra of μg order samples could be successfully observed using conventional 400 MHz NMR within a few hours. (author)
