Quality Management for HTR Fuels
Description
The concept of Quality Management is applicable to any product. The complex nature of HTR fuel renders it imperative that quality is built into the product and not to rely solely on post-manufacture controls. The Dragon Project is in the fortunate position of being both customer and supplier as well as being in close contact with the world wide effort on HTR fuel. A detailed scheme of quality management for HTR fuels is developed and examples of its application are given. The more extensive application of these techniques will result in an optimum quality specification. (author)
