Radioisotope excited X-ray analysis of environmental samples
Description
Application of the radioisotope excited XRF Analysis of environmental samples is described. Details of the calibration procedure including correction factors are given in the first part of the paper. The second part contains samples of application of the XRF method for analysis of air particles and plant material. A simple helium flow chamber was used for measurement of light elements (such a sulphur) in the samples mentioned. (author)
