An anomalous temperature dependence and infrared extinction of equilibrium conductivity in polycrystalline CdSe films

  • 1. Ferganskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., (Uzbekistan)

Description

A study has been made of an anomalous temperature dependence of the conduction σ of photosensitive thin CdSe films, of which the infrared extinction of equilibrium conductivity was first found. Presented are results of measurements and analysis of kinetic parameters σd, n, μ in the dark within the temperature range 77-523 K for samples CdSe:Cd:Cu:Cl as a function of thermal treatment. It has been established that anomalous effects observed take place due to recharging bulk deep r-, s-centers of recombination in the area of space charge as well as the space charge area and drift barrier modulation at crystallite boundaries under heating or due to the action of infrared light
