Breath test belonging to the specific methods applying 14C active urea for detection of the H.p in digestive canal was carried out. In the present work authors propose a multi compartmental model for description of helicobacter pylori (H.p.) - urea interaction, and taken off products of the reaction, validated by the 14C tracer
