[en] In this study, dewatering performance-based sheets are attached to the inside of form in order to improve the durability of structures in N.P.P(nuclear power plants) through concrete surface enhancement. Then, the influence of dewatering sheet by removing the residual water inside the concrete analyzed on the strength

[en] A 1-GeV superconducting linac (SCL) is a plausible extension of the 100-MeV normal conducting linac developed in the proton engineering frontier project (PEFP). The main purpose of the SCL is the spallation neutron source. In this study, we corrected the geometric beta optimization and performed the beam dynamics study of the SCL from 100 MeV to 1 GeV

[en] The horizontal two-phase flow test loop has been constructed to investigate horizontal flow characteristics in terms of the direct contact condensation heat transfer as well as the interfacial wave characteristics of both condensing and noncondensing fluid. This work presents some of advanced measurement methods applied to measuring water layer thickness, temperate and velocity fields in horizontal flow

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper presents the implementation of a boron transport into the CUPID code and some validation calculations for it. Boron is dissolved into water and transported with it. The molecular diffusion of solute boron was not considered, and boron assumes to be moved along water flow. It is also assumed that the water mass, energy and momentum are not influenced by the dissolved boron. The present model has been verified against a two-dimensional conceptual problem and applied to the analysis of the ROCOM TEST1

[en] A Nuclear Cooperation Agreement (hereafter referred as NCA) between the Governments of Korea and Japan has come into effect in January 2012. During the negotiations between two Governments for the Agreement, retransfer conditions of the Trigger List items of the NSG Guidelines and its derived were addressed as an important issue. In this article, the relevant provisions of the Guidelines and the Agreement were compared to analyze the impact of the conclusion of the Agreement

[en] KALIMER-600 is under design with defense in depth concept with active, passive, and inherent safety features. In this paper, a level 1 internal PSA results for the SFR-600 are described. There was a previous work for the preliminary Level-1 PSA for the SFR-600. However, since several design and data has been changed, a new level-1 internal PSA was performed, and this paper discusses the results
