AbstractAbstract
[en] The object of the present invention is to reduce the pressure in a reactor container safely from a leak test pressure to an atmospheric pressure upon leak test for the reactor container of a nuclear power plant. In view of the above, a bypassing pipeline is branched at the downstream of the junction of branched pipe in a conventional exhaust system and connected to an exhaust gas filter. Then, a pressure reduction valve is inserted in the midway of the bypassing pipeline. With such a constitution, a purged exhaust blower is bypassed by the bypassing pipeline. Accordingly, when if operation valves in the branched pipeline and the bypassing pipeline are opened upon reducing the pressure inside of the reactor container, the pressure reduced to a predetermined level set to the pressure reduction valve reaches the exhaust gas filter. Accordingly, there is no worry to damage filter elements. (I.S.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] A valve is described for diverting flow from the center of two concentric tubes to the annulus between the tubes or, operating in the reverse direction, for mixing fluids from concentric tubes into a common tube and for controlling the volume ratio of said flow. It consists of a toroidal baffle disposed in sliding engagement with the interior of the inner tube downstream of a plurality of ports in the inner tube, a plurality of gates in sliding engagement with the interior of the inner tube attached to the baffle for movement therewith, a servomotor having a bullet-shaped plug on the downstream end thereof, and drive rods connecting the servomotor to the toroidal baffle. The sevomotor is adapted to move the baffle into mating engagement with the bullet-shaped plug and simultaneously move the gates away from the ports in the inner tube and to move the baffle away from the bullet-shaped plug and simultaneously move the gates to cover the ports in the inner tube

[en] A CAMAC standard module of the control source of the ES-1010 computer-operated universal driver is described. The module is intended for the link of the control crate main with the interface on the NIMBUS main of the ES-1010 computer. The exchange of comands and data through this module is realized due to computer program

AbstractAbstract
[en] This invention applies, for example, to the adjustment of the pressure inside buildings in which the air can be contaminated by radioactive or toxic products and which must be kept at an effective and permanent lower pressure than outside. In such buildings, the lower pressure adjustment is automatically maintained in relation to a reference atmospheric pressure sampling. This arrangement does not allow for the direction or velocity of the winds, unlike the device mentioned in the claim
