AbstractAbstract
[en] Some details of the absorption spectrum of 127I2 in the vicinity of emission lines of selenium, cadmium, mercury, tin, and zinc are refined. Seventeen emission lines that are most free of the effect of overlap with the weaker absorption lines are revealed. 8 refs., 1 fig., 2 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The spacings between seven hyperfine components in the R(127) line of the 11-6 band of the B-X electronic transition of 127I2 are fitted, with a standard deviation of 17.3 kHz, by varying the nuclear quadrupole coupling constants eqQ' and eqQ'', the magnetic spin-rotation constant C'sub(I) and the tensor and scalar nuclear spin-spin coupling constants d' and a' in the hyperfine hamiltonian. The P(13) line of the 43-0 band is also analysed using an identical hamiltonian and a standard deviation of 6.25 kHz is obtained. No evidence for a magnetic octupole coupling is found to the precision of the data although this effect was invoked by Hackel et al. for the P(13) line. (Auth.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Elastic recoil detection analysis of α-Si1-xCx:H foils has been performed at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of CIAE. High quality 127I beam bombards the target of α-Si1-xCx:H thin film. A ΔE(gas)-E(PSD) telescope was used to measure the energy spectra of all elements recoiled from the samples at the angle of 30 degree in laboratory system. Components of H, C and Si and the profiles were obtained by simulation of the energy spectra using the program SIMNRA calculation. (authors)
