[en] The process uses a double lid system and bellows which can be closed on both sides for installation or removal of objects. In change processes in hot cells, for example, no contaminated substances are released and no free contaminated parts of surfaces are caused after the change process. The end of the bellows is connected with the lid at the opening of the first double lid system and is pulled inside the bellows together with the objects fixed to the lid at the opening. A second double lid system accommodated inside the bellows is then taken to the opening, connected to the bellows and to the opening, and is then separated. By this means the beam is separated from the opening again, where the opening and the bellows remain closed by a double lid part of the second double lid system. (RW)

Das Verfahren benutzt zum Ein- oder Ausbau der Objekte Doppeldeckelsysteme und einen beidseitig verschliessbaren Balg. Bei den Wechselvorgaengen an z.B. Heissen Zellen werden hierbei keine kontaminierten Substanzen beigesetzt und es entstehen auch keine freiliegenden kontaminierten Oberflaechenteile nach dem Wechselvorgang. Der Abschluss des Balges wird mit dem Deckel an der Oeffnung zu einem ersten Doppeldeckelsystem verbunden und in das Balginnere mitsamt den am Deckel der Oeffnung befestigten Gegenstaenden hineingezogen. Ein zweites, im Balginneren aufbewahrtes Doppeldeckelsystem wird anschliessend zur Oeffnung gefuehrt, sowohl mit dem Balg als auch mit der Oeffnung verbunden und dann getrennt. Hierdurch wird auch wieder der Balg von der Oeffnung abgetrennt, wobei die Oeffnung und der Balg von jeweils einem Doppeldeckelteil des zweiten Doppeldeckelsystems verschlossen bleiben. [en] The present invention relates to a process of extinguishing all types of fire inside gloveboxes. Said process prevents the inner part of the box to communicate with the room atmosphere: the glove that is the nearest to the hearth of fire is perforated with an edged tip mounted on the outlet of the extinguisher and the product contained inside said extinguisher is released until the fire extinction is achieved. A device for operating said process consists in an edged tubular tip, the end of which is bevelled and in means of dispersion and of connection to an extinguisher at the other end

La presente invention se rapporte a l'extinction d'incendie de toutes classes a l'interieur d'une boite a gants. Le procede propose evite la communication entre l'interieur de la boite et l'atmosphere ambiante: on perfore le gant le plus proche du foyer de l'incendie avec un embout effile monte sur la sortie de l'extincteur et on libere jusqu'a extinction de l'incendie le produit contenu dans l'extincteur. AbstractAbstract
[en] The result of a static analysis of the tape tensions and elastic movements due to length changes in a master slave manipulator commonly used to handle radioactive materials inside a hot cell are presented. For the analysis, the loads applied on the tongs have been assumed to be static and the friction in pulleys and bearings has been neglected. The magnitudes of initial tensions to be provided and the influence of factors other than the applied loads are discussed. (author)
