AbstractAbstract
[en] In the framework of relativistic method of discrete variation calculations of molecular orbital energies are made and characteristics of charge density distribution of UO2(NO3)2·2H2O complex are determined. The data are compared with the results of nonrelativistic calculations of the same complex. It is found that uranyl-NO3 and uranyl-H2O chemical binding is realized at the expense of U5f- and U6d-orbital interaction with O2p-shells. It is detected that uranyl bonds with NO3 and H2O are comparable

AbstractAbstract
[en] X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) has become an increasingly important technique for the study and characterization of metal species in materials, heterogeneous catalysts, and bioinorganic substrates. More recently, a number of environmental applications have also been reported in which information concerning the local coordination sphere around transuranium elements has been obtained from both near edge (XANES) and fine structure (EXAFS) studies. This paper describes EXAFS studies on the hydroxy-bridged uranyl nitrate dimer HIm2[{UO2(μ-OH)(NO3)2}2] (1) (HIm = imidazolium (C3H5N2)), which are used to model possible species found in vitreous glasses used in the safe, long-term storage of transuranic wastes. A pronounced temperature effect on the U horellipsis U feature in the XAS spectrum of 1 was observed. Complete interpretation and analysis of the EXAFS observed for this complex are described

AbstractAbstract
[en] IR absorption spectra of uranyl phosphate crystallohydrates in the range of 400-30 cm-1 are investigated. It is detected that hydrogen bond vibrations in the compounds were within 70-200 cm-1 and proved to be sensitive to the number of hydrogen bonds and ro...o distances in the objects studied. Linear dependence between the values of frequencies νσOH...O and hydrogen bond length is established, which permits to evaluate bond length ro...o for yet unknown structures of phosphates and dehydrated samples

AbstractAbstract
[en] Full text : Polymers from a photo- and radiation sensitive groups in chains of macromolecules, including keton containing polymers, represent interest from the point of view of their use in technologies of a photo - electron and X-ray lithographic processes whose success is largely determined by the composition of thin polymer films-resists and their sensitivity to various types of radiation. We have previously found that the copolymers of vinylcyclohexylketone and its derivatives with various monomers show high sensitivity to an electronic beam of synchronotropic radiation. Copolymers with chlorinecyclohexylsubstituent in comparison with others possess high X-ray (electron) sensitive. The Most effective positive resists are vinylcyclohexylketone with methylmethacrylate which at the same resolution and with better sensitivity in comparison with the known resist have a high resistance to plasmochemical etching. Thus the probability of high-precision reproduction of a configuration of elements of integrated schemes increases and improves the reliability and quality of etching.

AbstractAbstract
[en] A systematic investigation has been carried out of the vibrational spectra (raman spectra, infrared spectra) of a series of double uranyl phosphates within 40-4000 cm-1. Certain aspects of the structure of laminated minerals is used to theoretically analyze the normal vibrations of the ob ects. The possibility for application of the method of fragments to the study of internal vibrations of multiatomic ligands in such heavy-atomic compounds is shown
