AbstractAbstract
[en] The history of experimental study on β-delayed proton decays in the rare-earth region was simply reviewed. The physical results of the β-delayed proton decays obtained at IMP, Lanzhou over the last 10 years were summarized, mainly including the first observation of 9 new β-delayed proton precursors along the odd-Z proton drip line and the new data for 2 waiting-point nuclei in the rp-process. The results were compared and discussed with different nuclear model calculations. Finally, the perspective in near future was briefly introduced

AbstractAbstract
[en] This study is devoted to the emission process study of delayed protons in the A = 70 mass region. New experimental data, concerning the nuclei 76Sr, have been obtained by a mass separator isolde/booster at the CERN. A new statistical method of decays has been elaborated from the simulation of different processes and applied to isotopes in the domain of 65 < A < 77. (A.L.B.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Radioactive decay of Tsub(Z)=-3/2 nuclides, 27P and 31Cl, predicted to be weak β-delayed proton precursors, have been looked for. Two proton groups having energies of 989 +- 15 and 1528 +- 20 keV and a half-life of 150 +- 25 ms were associated with the decay of 31Cl. The search for 27P is still under way, but the first qualitative results are briefly discussed. (Auth.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Full text: Many nuclei near proton drip-line have been detected in reactions involving exotic nuclei. The half lives of proton emission processes have been measured and different decay models are able to explain the experimental results within the precision of the experiments. To decide among models we can compare the results obtained with different models to various decay process observables, as the decaying fragments angular and energy distribution and the half life or width of the decay process. In present work the angular distribution for simultaneous two- proton emission process is determined by assuming the two protons are correlated in a resonant state of the (Z-2, A) nuclear core potential. These protons can tunnel the potential barrier established by a realistic form of the coulomb, centrifugal and nuclear potentials and the decay rate is calculated by assuming statistical arguments related to the one proton-emission rate. We determine the pair energy distribution and discuss the effect of changes in the nuclear potential parameters and angular momentum to the calculated observables of the 45Fe two-proton emission process. AbstractAbstract
[en] The intensities of delayed protons in odd-A nuclei 73Kr, 99Cd, 115Xe and 117Xe have been calculated as functions of spin-parity of precursor states and Qsub(ν) - Bsub(p) values also have been calculated employing the various relationships available for level widths and nuclear masses. The predicted values are compared with the experimental ones to assign spin-parity to the precursor state and check the validity of mass relationships for nuclei far from the line of ν-stability. The assumptions made about the beta strength function are tested. The results are presented and discussed. (author)
