AbstractAbstract
[en] The SAMAS 6 System is principally intended for the measurement of regulated power supply load and voltage regulation and temperature coefficient. Six power supplies can be simultaneously measured. A program runs the measurement cycle, supplies the results on a teleprinter and estimates the accuracy measurement

AbstractAbstract
[en] Correct operation of conventional analogue Gamma Cameras implies a good conformation of the position signals that correspond to a specific photo-peak of the radionuclide of interest. In order to achieve this goal the energy spectrum from each photo multiplier tube (PMT) has to be set within the same energy window. For this reason a reliable tuning system is an important part of all gamma cameras processing systems. In this work is being tested and evaluated a new prototype of tuning card that was developed and setting up for this purpose. The hardware and software of the circuit allow the regulation if each PMT high voltage. By this means a proper gain control for each of them is accomplished. The Tuning Card prototype was simulated in a virtual model and its satisfactory operation was proven in a Siemens Orbiter Gamma Camera. (Author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] A way to form the multicrate systems which use simultaneously some control sources is described. As a basis element of such system a crate according to the EUR 6500sub(EN) specification was chosen. That selection allows the standard connection of the auxiliary control sources to system. According to the EUR 6500 sub(EN) standard only CAMAC command of the NAF type can be directly transmitted, that strongly limited the potential possibilities of the auxiliary control sources. For more convenient and flexible usage of these auxiliary sources some minimal hardware is added by means of one the CAMAC command type CNAF, is transmitted. A possible way to design such auxiliary hardware is discussed

[en] A CAMAC standard module of the control source of the ES-1010 computer-operated universal driver is described. The module is intended for the link of the control crate main with the interface on the NIMBUS main of the ES-1010 computer. The exchange of comands and data through this module is realized due to computer program

AbstractAbstract
[en] The paper presents a description of a controller, that allows one to control autonomously the modules in the crate in accordance with the microprograms, stored in the ROM. An essential advantage in this case is a small response time and high rate of generating the commands. When the autonomous controller operates ''on-line'' with the computer one can reduce the loading of 1/0 channels greatly and increase the efficiency of using the computer

AbstractAbstract
[en] The description is given of a device for detecting, without any mechanical contact, the position of a mobile component, particularly the control rod of a nuclear reactor, along a given path determined by means of an electromagnetic transducer comprising: (a) a primary winding fed by a current source or alternating voltage to generate an induction flow, (b) a secondary winding inductively connected to the primary winding and fitted with a number of secondary coils spaced out at regular intervals along the path and connected together two by two, the coils of each couple being in phase opposition to form an elemental differential detector, (c) a mobile rod comprising at least one magnetic part for modifying the inductive coupling between the primary and secondary windings when the rod is being moved and so generate a secondary output voltage representing the position of the rod

AbstractAbstract
[en] This paper proposes and investigates an automated robot-based system for tile insertion of self-tapping screws into some unthreaded holes using Visual Servoing. As approximately a quarter of assembly operations in the manufacture of commercial products are screw insertions, therefore automation in this area is highly desirable. Research of the events occurring during the insertion of self-tapping screws has been largely neglected and automated system presently available do not provide adequate and reliable insertions. The focus of this paper is on the key stage of the insertion procedure i.e. detection of the insertion location by means of a Camera. The controller suggested is PD-type that includes an explicit nonlinear gravity compensation term in the control law. The advantageous point of the controller is that in spite of the disturbances; the controller is able to regulate the arm about the set-point solution. (author)
