AbstractAbstract
[en] Experimental data on cross sections of inelastic scattering of low-energy neutrons by even-even nuclei with 56 ≤ A ≤ 206 are analyzed. Inelastic cross sections involving excitation of the first 2+ level display a smooth dependence on the product of the numbers of valence protons and neutrons. Such a dependence is obtained by taking into account the appearance and disappearance of open-quotes nontraditionalclose quotes magic numbers. The resulting systematization of inelastic neutron cross sections as a function of the product NpNn is indicative of a significant role of np interaction leading to the emergence of nuclear nonsphericity. 20 refs., 1 fig., 1 tab

[en] Rotational spectra of even-even nuclei have been calculated by means of the cubic three-parameter formula and by the formulas of the variable moment-of-inertia model. Both calculation methods are shown to be practically equivalent

[en] The results of the generalized coherent states model (GCSM) concerning the properties of the M1 state 1+ are briefly reviewed. The fragmentation of the M1 strength is studied by treating a schematic many Hamiltonian within the boson expansion formalism. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The accuracy of the description of the experimental heights of the fission barriers of heavy nuclei is studied. Four theoretical descriptions are considered. It is found that the average discrepancy between theoretical and experimental values for 18 even-even nuclei is about 0.8 MeV, while the largest discrepancy is about 2 MeV. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the square chart of nuclides of parameters with S-H, it introduces a method determining numbers of isotopes base on systematic regularities of stable nuclides region. There are upper limits of even Z64-82 and even difference K=-8-12 and lower limits of even Z80-64. They formed a fold-line where it begins coordinate (32,32), passes (34,32)(34,36) (36,36) (36,44) (38,44), goes to H44, and passes (38,42) (40, 42) (40,40) (42,40) (42,36) (44,36) (44.32) (42. 32) (42,24) end (40,24). The coordinates increment of the fold-line is triangle open H = 4,8 and triangle open H = 2,2,4,4,8. There is a symmetry region with upper limits of even Z66-82 and lower limits of even Z80-64. There are three progress fold-lines with constants Z66,68,70, and H32,34, 36 and Z76,78,80. Here it is together 46 even-even nuclei for the region of isotopes Z>62. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] In the square chart of nucleus with S,H, it makes the links among eight long lines of nuclear constants with coordinates H1,S32,34,36,38; K(=S-H)=12,14 and X(=S-2H)=8. It connects with coordinates (176)(70)(34)Yb(106)(36) and (124)(54)(38)Xe(70)(16). The fold-line runs along the coordinates (6,8)(34,36) (34,8)(36,8) ((36,44)(38,44)) (38,16)(6,0) (7,0)(35,14) (36,14)(8,0). (authors)
