[en] An improvement of the stretching device of aerosol filter casings is described, housing filter cells for air cleaning of toxic and radioactive gases and dusts. Balanced pressing of the filter cell against the frame-shaped pressure surface is obtained by arranging the aerometer in the plane of the centre line of the pressure framework and by specific arrangement of nuts and brackets described in detail. Es wird eine Verbesserung der Spannvorrichtung an Schwebstoffluftfilter-Gehaeusen beschrieben, welche Filterzellen zur Reinigung der Luft von toxischen oder radioaktiven Gasen und Staeuben aufnehmen. Die gleichmaessige Anpressung der Filterzelle an die rahmenfoermige Andruckflaeche wird erreicht, indem die Spindel in der Ebene der Mittelachse des Andruckrahmens angeordnet ist und durch spezifische, genau beschriebene Anordnung der Muttern und Laschen. 8 Zeichnungen verdeutlichen die Erfindung. AbstractAbstract
[en] Closusre studs of pressure vessels tightened in groups with hydraulic tensioning cylinders undergo relaxation when more groups of studs are screwed down. The cause of this is the deformation of flange and vessel head which increases every time another group is tightened. In order that all closure studs after they have been tightened carry the same load, initial tensions of different magnitude have to be given by degrees for the various groups of screws, the tensions counter reacting this relaxation. In this context, the given overall force is to be achieved with the smallest investment. The calculation of optimal initial tension stages is developed by means of a simple mechanical model with the aid of a system of equations, and the application is illustrated by an example. With optimal stages of initial tension forces, the time spent on the initial tightening of closure studs of pressure vessel closures is considerably reduced, and the given overall initial tension force is guaranteed to be kept. Bei gruppenweise mit hydraulischen Spannzylindern angespannten Deckelschrauben an Druckbehaeltern tritt eine Relaxation auf, wenn weitere Schraubengruppen angespannt werden. Ursache ist die mit jeder Spanngruppe zunehmende Verformung von Flansch und Deckel. Damit alle Schrauben nach dem Anspannen gleich hoch belastet sind, muessen unterschiedlich hohe, gestufte Vorspannkraefte fuer die einzelnen Schraubengruppen vorgegeben werden, die dieser Relaxation entgegenwirken. Dabei ist die vorgegebene Gesamtkraft mit dem geringsten Aufwand zu erreichen. Die Berechnung der optimalen Stufung der Vorspannung wird anhand eines einfachen, mechanischen Modells mit Hilfe eines Gleichungssystems entwickelt und die Anwendung an einem praktischen Beispiel erlaeutert. Mit den optimal gestuften Vorspannkraeften wird die Arbeitszeit beim Vorspannen der Deckelschrauben an den Verschluessen fuer Druckbehaelter erheblich reduziert und die Einhaltung einer vorgegebenen Gesamt-Vorspannkraft gewaehrleistet. [en] The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of contact pressure on the contact pressure distribution, contact deformation and airtightness generated at the contact surface of bolts fastened by the analytical method for the sealed structure of fastening bolt. In this paper, as a first step, we investigated the characteristics of magnitude and distribution area for contact pressure with respect to the separated distance from bolt center according to the flange bolt size and tightening torque by structural analysis. The sizes of flange bolt were M6, M8, M10 and M12, and the tightening torques were applied with the minimum, intermediate and maximum values according to the size of each flange bolt. The results show that for the same flange bolt, the larger the tightening torque, the larger the surface pressure with respect to the same separated distance from bolt center, and the greater the distribution region slope of contact pressure, but converged to near a value less than the contact pressure of 1 MPa. It is found, moreover, that as the size of flange bolt was increased, in the distribution area of contact pressure from 1 to 3 MPa, the distribution area of surface pressure was widened because the separated distance from bolt center at the same surface pressure became father away.

[en] Previously used stressing arrangements for pressure vessels assembled from segments are improved by producing defined prestressing forces. The manufactured elements made, for example, of cast iron, which make up the containment wall, carry one (or more) of the prestressing arrangements described in detail on the outside. The stressing arrangements of one position of the wall elements lie in the same horizontal plane around the container. A stressing cable or rope without or with only small prestressing is positioned around the prestressing arrangements lying at the same height. By operating the stressing piston arrangement of each device a required pressure is exerted on each wall element, and is permanently fixed by tightening self locking wedges or screws. (ORU)

Die Spanneinrichtungen jeweils einer Lage der Wandelemente liegen auf gleicher horizontaler Ebene rings um den Behaelter. Um die auf gleicher Hoehe liegenden Spanneinrichtungen wird ein Spannstrahl oder -seil ohne oder mit geringer Vorspannung eingelegt.
