[en] We studied the integral radiation dose in 27 patients who had adaptive radiotherapy for bladder cancer using kilo voltage cone beam CT imaging. Compared to conventional radiotherapy the reduction in margin and choice of best plan of three for the day resulted in a lower total dose in most patients despite daily volumetric imaging.

[en] A study was made of role and place of ionizing raidiation in radio- and combined treatment of generalized forms of laryngeal papillomatosis. Results of treatment of 74 patients for 3 years were analyzed. It was revealed that combined treatment of both generalized and malignant laryngeal papillomatosis using preoperative irradiation and subsequent operation was the effective and the most expedient method. Radiotherapy as independent method permitting to save functional organ is used in presence of contraindications to conducting surgical intervention
