[en] A method of the precise description of a nuclear energy surface by parts of paraboloids, forming a continuous energy surface is proposed. The increase of nuclear energy surface isobar cross section curvature under transition from neutron-deficient to neutron-redundant nuclei is detected

AbstractAbstract
[en] An isomer in 145Gd at 27.3 keV is reported with a half-life of 11.5 plus-or-minus 0.3 nsec and an internal conversion coefficient α/subL/ = 16.9 plus-or-minus 1.4. This state is described as substantially the νd3/2 single-neutron state which is fed by the 145Gd/subm/2 νh/sub 11/2 / isomer and which deexcits through the νs1/2 ground state. The isomeric transition from 145Gd/subm/1 is found to be 99.2 plus-or-minus 0.2 percent M1 + 0.8 plus-or-minus 0.2 percent E2, indicating a hindrance factor of 100 in the M1 and and an enhancement factor of 40 in the E2 over the single-particle estimates. Recent information on the N = 81 11/2- isomers is presented for 133Te through 147Dy showing the systematic changes in experimental energies and M4 matrix elements
