AbstractAbstract
[en] The MHD analog of the Rayleigh-Benard problem has been studied with a view to determining the possible existence of a strange attractor. For large times the simplest non-trivial extension of the Lorenz model is found to reduce to the original Lorenz model, suggesting that strange attractors are indeed possible in MHD flow. We have also found energy-like conservation laws which can serve to determine the size of the attractor in phase space. These laws restrict the admissible truncations embodying generalizations of the Lorenz model

AbstractAbstract
[en] This invention concerns a ceramic compound electrically conducting at low temperature. Specifically, the invention covers a ceramic compound electrically conducting at low temperature which can be used for making electrodes designed for use in the tunnel of a magnetohydrodynamic generator or as part of the current passage of a magnetohydrodynamic generator electrode intended for use in the high temperature tunnel of a magnetohydrodynamic generator
