AbstractAbstract
[en] Polarized Raman scattering spectra of the Fe1-xCoxSb2 and Fe1-xCrxSb2 (0 (le) x (le) 1) single crystals are measured at room temperature in the 80-200 cm-1 wavenumber range. All six Raman-active modes, predicted by factor-group analysis, are experimentally observed and assigned. We also analyzed energy and linewidth changes for all six Raman-active modes caused by doping.

AbstractAbstract
[en] Thermal helium desorption spectrometry (THDS) has been applied to study the effect of plastic deformation on the trapping of low energy helium implanted into molybdenum single crystals. The analysis of the desorption spectra shows the presence of monovacancies at a concentration of 1.6 appm per % strain, which anneal out in the recovery stage III. No contribution of single helium atoms bound to the dislocations was observed. The high temperature part of the spectra might contain a contribution of helium clusters bound to dislocations. However, after an anneal beyond stage III the main contribution to the desorption spectra is ascribed to helium desorbing from vacancy clusters. (orig.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Highlights: • The fluorescent microwires of ADPI were prepared by a facile solution process. • These microwires displayed the excellent waveguide and polarization performance. • The ADPI molecules in the microwires are the uniaxially oriented packing. The well-defined single-crystalline microwires of a solid-emissive organic functional molecule, 2-(anthracen-9-yl)-4, 5-diphenyl-1H-imidozole (ADPI) were successfully prepared by a facile solution process without the use of surfactant or additional templates. In addition, the optical loss coefficient is as low as 0.1 dB μm−1 for the as-prepared ADPI microwires, which is lower than most previous reported organic optical waveguides. Meanwhile, these microwires also show optically uniaxial properties as demonstrated by the linearly polarized emission, providing potentially orientation-sensitive applications as optical waveguides with low optical loss.

AbstractAbstract
[en] This thesis deals with the investigations results on radiative study of materials. In band gap of A3 B6 layered crystals and their ternary analogs there have been determined local level parameters, values of dielectric coefficients, the change of their electric properties under the influence of γ-quantum and current of electron is explained and the fields of application are revealed as well. By GaS single crystal radiation with the current of electrons with the rise of radiation dose in alternating current the dielectric coefficient increases and electric conduction decreases. In Ga-S radiated single crystals within f=5·104-107Hz at local levels near Fermi level the variable range hopping conduction has been taken place.

AbstractAbstract
[en] A channeling study of TiOsub(x) crystals with different oxygen concentration has been performed. The results of planar channeling experiments show that the steering power of the pure oxygen planes appears to be weak to maintain a steered trajectory. The flux-peaking effect decreases with increasing O2 concentration and is destroyed at a high interstial concentration (O/Ti>1). The axial channeling experiments show a weak flux-peaking effect for the lowest oxygen concentration (10 at%) while at higher concentrations the angular dip of oxygen sublattice is observed
