AbstractAbstract
[en] In manufacturing, a staff development strategy is necessary on the brink of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The components of this strategy are considered in detail. New specialties and organizational models arising from the Fourth Industrial Revolution are noted. Proposals include the creation of a participatory organization, a new incentive system, and the cultivation of electronic leadership.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The underlying structure and organization of a group strongly influences its effectiveness and efficiency. An operations group may develop a 'persistence of form' that prevents it from responding to changes in responsibilities and technology. Even if a group has been in existence for a long time, it is a good idea to re-evaluate its structure periodically. An organization can possess an aesthetic quality related to how simple and transparent its functions appear to users and other outsiders. Information and tasks should flow freely without undue impedance. In this session we examined the issue of group design from a variety of perspectives including both large and small labs, commercial operations and that of an 'expert' consultant. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] We develop a scaling theory for the critical depinning behavior of the Sneppen interface model [Phys. Rev. Lett. 69, 3539 (1992)]. This theory is based on a ''gap'' equation that describes the self-organization process to a critical state of the depinning transition. All of the critical exponents can be expressed in terms of two independent exponents, νparallel(d) and νperpendicular(d), characterizing the divergence of the parallel and perpendicular correlation lengths as the interface approaches its dynamical attractor

AbstractAbstract
[en] Quality assurance system are constantly gaining importance, exceeding by far the issues concerning product liability. This article emphasizes why even specialists for quality assurance may find it difficult to get a clear grasp of the subject. This goes even more for the management of an organisation. However, one cannot discuss issues regarding the significance and recognition of a quality assurance system successfully without pertinent basic knowledge, let alone take suitable decisions on this matter. AbstractAbstract
[en] First, this communication presents a dual approach to question the development of a HOF network. Next, an illustration of this approach is proposed: the development of the HOF network of the CEA. The dual approach is based on a synchronic way and a diachronic one, hence the name: “synchro-diachro”. The illustration presents elements which come from our experience feedback at CEA. The synchro-diachro approach: The synchronic point of view focuses on the development of a HOF network at one moment of its development. It is like taking a picture. The objective is here to point out some characteristics of the functioning of a HOF network. They are related to the complex systems theory, and especially to the concept of dialogical principle, proposed by Edgar Morin. These characteristics are dialogical pairs. The elements of this kind of pair are both complementary and antagonist to one another.
