AbstractAbstract
[en] A pharmaceutical radioactive capsule and a method of filling the capsule are claimed. The capsule is formed of a nontoxic, water soluble material adapted to being ingested and rapidly disintegrating on contact with fluids of the gastro-intestinal tract, and having a filler material supporting a pharmaceutically useful radioactive compound absorbable from the gastro-intestinal tract

AbstractAbstract
[en] This technical note describes in outline the development of a label processor designed to speed up label preparation, eliminate the need for hand-written labels and facilitate the introduction of a single-dose dispensing policy. The system consists of a single-board computer with an additional extension board which interconnects a radioisotope calibrator, printer, liquid crystal alpha-numeric display, alpha-numeric keyboard, master keyboard and clock. The radioisotope calibrator and printer are free-standing devices, whilst the other elements are contained within the same unit as the single-board computer. (U.K.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The invention concerns a container for transporting radioactive products, particularly substances for medical purposes enclosed in ampoules. Containers of this kind are generally made of lead and include a body shaped like a cylindrical sleeve as well as a closure. This invention suggests a new container in which the system for attaching the closure is inside and hence protected from outside impacts
