AbstractAbstract
[en] A “core–shell” structure by physical coating was applied to NTC ceramics for adjusting the resistance value and it almost does not change the thermal constant B. The yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ) with high ρ was chosen as the core and the La0.8Ba0.2CrO3 with low ρ and low B was chosen as the shell for the La0.8Ba0.2CrO3–YSZ NTC ceramics with “core–shell” structures. The “core–shell” NTC ceramics were successfully fabricated by classical uniaxial pressing method. After sintering at 1550 °C for 4 h, the core and shell adhered very well without any cracking. The resistance value increased with the increase in the diameter of the core while without causing much change in the B value.

AbstractAbstract
[en] The obtainment of zirconia (ZrO2) and her partial stabilization with yttria (Y2O3), by coprecipitation of zirconia and yttrium chloride is described. (C.G.C.)
[pt]
[en] Specimens of ZrO2 - Y2O3 - Fe2O3 three-component system were studied by I and II cross sections. Content of (>1 mol.%) iron oxide in solid solutions of this system is shown to promote formation of multiphase specimens with a structure of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide

AbstractAbstract
[en] The effect of crystallization conditions on the shape and size of Yttria grains was studied. It was found, that there is a critical crystallization temperature, above which extended Yttria grains appear. This critical temperature is dependent on the type of used precursor. The model mechanism of hydrothermal crystallization of Yttria has been proposed. (author). 8 refs, 8 figs, 3 tabs

AbstractAbstract
[en] The solid ionic conductor cell Bi2O3Y2O3 was used to study the current-voltage behaviour under different temperatures and voltage scan rate, as is usually done in cyclic voltammetry in three-electrode cells using liquid electrolytes. The result shows that the reactions are different at the electrodes and a hysteresis effect is presented at low temperature and high voltage scanning rates

AbstractAbstract
[en] The change of superconducting properties in the YBa2 Cu3O7 compound by the substitution of Mn instead of Cu is studied. The quantity of aditional phases increase proportionally with the Mn contents, indicated by X-ray analysis. (C.G.C.)
[pt]
(autor)Original Title
