Description
Highlights: • A molten salt method was designed to prepare LaB6 nanocubes. • Single-crystalline LaB6 nanocubes of 94.7 nm were successfully synthesized at 800 °C. • The molten salt medium played a significant role in promoting formation and growth of LaB6 nanocubes.
