[en] Stated are the design criteria of the automatic control system (ACS) of the EhG-2.5 electrostatic accelerator on the basis of the ''Electronics-100'' computer; its structural scheme is presented. The accelerator is controlled both by the computer and manually; the control at the first stage is exercised under operation conditions only; the computer is used to control the accelerator processes only. To control the charged particle energy at the EhG-2.5 accelerator, introduced into the computer memory are: the NMR frequency, the magnetic field strengths and high-voltage values, information on the NMR signal availability, the position of the corona period, the current availability in the slot device of the high-voltage regulator. The ACS in a due standard set meets the requirements of the automated control of the EhG-2.5 accelerator under operating conditions
