AbstractAbstract
[en] In the technique described, the experimental apparatus containing the fuel specimens is examined by gamma spectrometry, as often as required during the specimen lifetimes in the SILOE pile. A semiempirical method for deriving the radial distributions of the gamma emitters from the transverse gamma readings is described. Examples are given of applications to the study of: fission product migration, neutron flux distributions, rate of radial loss of Cs from fuel pellets. (Auth.)
