AbstractAbstract
[en] Studied are the spectrum composition of luminescence and electroreflection (ER) of cadmium selenide monocrystals undergoing various regimes of annealing and implanted with phosphorus ions with doses of 1014, 1015 and 1016 at.cm-2. It is shown that spectrum composition of luminescence of monocrystal regions alloyed with phosphorus ions is determined by two momenta: implantation effects and the change of the material stoichiometry. Changes in ER spectra are related to the change of the ordering degree of irradiated crystal region
