AbstractAbstract
[en] The account of the bonds of degeneration states during the overcharge results in the increase of the overcharge cross section as compared with the value given by Moiseivich equation. The H- + H+ overcharge cross section is calculated supposing the degeneration of 2S- and 2P- states at all internuclear distances. Considered is the case of the overcharge from s-into p-state A(S)+B++ → A+ + B+ (p) with the account of quadrupole splitting of the B+ (p) ion p-states, participating in the overcharge, by the A+ ion field
