AbstractAbstract
[en] Short circuit currents have been measured for photovoltaic elements with different auxiliary electrodes (Ta, Nb) and pigmented electrode with a non-porous film of copper phthalocyanine on a platinum substrate. Electrochemical potentials have been determined for such shorted systems of electrodes. The analysis of the obtained results, taking into account the dependence of photocurrent on polarizing voltage, has shown that a change in short circuit currents by several orders of magnitude is determined by an electrochemical potential of the material being used and not by its catalytic activity
