[en] The effect of high pressures on radiation yield in case of gamma-radiation of free radicals in polymers (polystyrene, methyl methacrylate and polyvinyl alcohol) is investigated. In the above polymers the radiation yield of the radicals significantly decreases at the pressure of 1500 MPa that is explained by the increase of the ''cell'' effects for the free radicals formed in the result of the break of C-C-bonds of the basic polymeric chain
