AbstractAbstract
[en] Radiation-chemical interaction of o-chlorodiphenyl and hydrochlorosilanes within the temperature range of 150-530 deg C have been investigated at the reagent ratio Csub(6)Hsub(5)Csub(6)Hsub(4)Cl:HSi Mesub(n)Clsub(3-n)=1:1 and 1:2. It has been found that under the action of accelerated electrons on the mixture in vapour phase, the reaction goes according to the same scheme, as in thermocondensation. Formation of o-silyldiphenyls, in this case, takes place already at the temperature of 200 deg C, and has maximum yield at the temperature of 300-330 deg C.
