AbstractAbstract
[en] The crystalline structure of some of the transition metal alloys (Te-V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, Mn) was studied by electron microscopy and by quantitative X-ray structural investigation of Ti-9 at.% Mn and T-17 at.% Mo alloys. The intensity of the maximums of diffusion scattering was employed to determine the direction and the shift of atoms off the BCC-lattice junctions in (BCC-ω) transformation. In some alloys the intensity of the diffusion scattering correlated with the structural factor of the ω-phase
