AbstractAbstract
[en] Studied were the response of the grain structure, growing during secondary recrystallization in commercially pure sheet molybdenum to the annealing conditions and the possibility to affect this structure at constant composition. The samples have been subjected to the isothermal annealing at the temperature of 1800 deg C and to the annealing in the range of 1000-2300 deg C within an hour. The samples annealed have been investigated by X-ray diffraction using a double crystal spectrometer. It is shown that the annealing under stress enhances growth of grains of higher perfection. It occurs due to the effect of the external stress on the slip rate of dislocations and to the movement of dislocations into the region of grain boundaries during annealinq. In molybdenum, annealed under stress the high concentration of dislocation etch pits is observed near grain boundaries
