[en] The scattering is investigated of charged cosmic ray particles in the stochastic magnetic field in the presence of fluctuations of solar wind velocity. A common form of the correlation tensor of the stochastic magnetic field Bsub(αβ), solar wind velocity Usub(αβ) and the crossing tensor Psub(αβ) is proposed. Particles are considered of an energy above 1 GeV whose Larmor radius is larger than the characteristic size of the inhomogeneities of the medium. In this approximation the equation is derived for the concentration and the current density of the particles. The radial diffusion coefficient for optimal values of the interplanetary parameters is computed. (author)
