AbstractAbstract
[en] The distortion of hydrogen recombination dynamics in standard model of the universe due to evaporation of primordial black holes with masses M<1014 g is considered. The energy spectra of proton, electron and gamma radiation of the black holes are calculated. The upper limit of the black holes abundance and the restrictions on the amplitude of primary density fluctuations are obtained
