[en] Considered are inelastic amplitudes of quark scattering with a large pulse transferred by an external singlet electromagnetic field with emission of one and two vector mesons. Quark pulses are considered to be on the mass surface; the vector meson mass of an order of the quark mass is introduced to avoid infrared divergencies. It is shown that in the kinematics giving the main contribution into the inclusive scattering cross section of quark at large angles the Poisson distribution for the vector meson emission is violated.
