AbstractAbstract
[en] Various methods are presented and compared for the characterization and the quality control of antimony sulfide radiopharmaceutical. These methods include the determination of physico-chemical properties of the preformed colloid as well as of the colloid labelled with technetium-99m. Using these methods, extensive stability testing has been carried out. The results of the tests how, that antimony sulfide colloid can be prepared with very good batch to batch reproducibility and that the preparation is extremely stable and usable over a period longer than one year. Verschiedene Methoden zur Charakterisierung und Qualitaetskontrolle von Antimonsulfidradiopharmaka werden beschrieben und miteinander verglichen. Sie schliessen sowohl die Bestimmung von physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften des vorgebildeten Kolloids als auch des mit Technetium-99m markierten Kolloids ein. Mittels dieser Methoden wurden eingehende Stabilitaetstests durchgefuehrt. Die Ergebnisse der Tests beweisen sehr gute Reproduzierbarkeit von Partie und extrem stabile und ueber ein Jahr lang brauchbare Praeparate. (orig.)Record Type
