AbstractAbstract
[en] The structure of powders of the heat-resisting nickel ZhS6 alloy obtained by spraying the melt into water at different process parameters was investigated. Powders with particle sizes from 40 to 400 μm were studied. The powders had a dendrite-cellular structure. As the powder particles increased in the indicated range, the size of the dendrite cell increased 5-7-fold. It is shown that the increase in cooling rate during the spraying of the heat-resisting alloys into water reduces the particles of the dendrites and the hardening phase. The size of the carbonitrides found in the powders is independent of the size of the powder particles
