AbstractAbstract
[en] With a view to determine the average beam characteristics, such as density, mean velocity and temperature, calculated were the moments of the particle distribution functions in the phase space with the density other than zero. The calculations have been performed for relativistic beams. The moments have been introduced in the whole totality of the phase coordinates. Derived was a chain of equations for the moments representing the Markov chain. The equations are analyzed for linear external forces
